Refined through over 100 hours of wind tunnel testing during co-development with the new 808, the new 404 shows reduced drag at every angle from 0 to 30 degrees. The new tubular rim shape also offers the benefits of added stiffness, due to a slight widening of the rim, and better braking, with a slightly angled brake track. Zipp have also taken similar leaps forward with the new 88 and 188 hubs that are smoother, stiffer, and more durable than ever before.
