With this year's Le Tour's main stage and Etape being Col Du Tourmalet there's no better time to explore the beauty and challenges that lie in this region. Finding a suitable base for your cycling holiday can be difficult, as often you're either too far away from the climbs or too isolated from civilisation. Chalet Hay, an English owned property, has the perfect balance and at very good rates. Situated just 12km away from Tourmalet in Gripp, you'll have plenty of climbs to choose from. You'll probably be begging for a flat road by the end of the week. The chalet gets booked up pretty fast, so get in quick to avoid dissapointment.
